Message in a Bottle

Today, I read a story about a nine year old from Ireland who found a message in a bottle near the sea.
Apparently, the bottle had been in route for 8 years from the country of Quebec. The senders were two girls.They were twelve years old when they sent the bottle, and wanted to know how far the bottle would sail across the sea.  They included a way to be contacted in the message, in the event that the bottle was ever found.
So, the nine year old boy, with the help of his mother, found the girls, who are now twenty years old.

The story got me thinking. First of all, I would love to find a message in a bottle.. I think I will send one and pray that it find someone who really needs it.
If you could send a message in a bottle, what would you write?

I think it would be nice to remain anyonmyous. There is something mysterious about anonymity.
I don't think I couldsend a message in a bottle and not tell someone about the love of Jesus. To me, there is nothing more important or beautiful. I would tell them of the amazing things that He has done in my life or I might tell them a piece of my story .....  maybe I would just include a verse.

" Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. " Phillipians 4:7

 .. Or maybe, I would print a copy of Father's Love Letter and remind someone of who they are in Christ.

There is something whimsical about the message in the bottle. Something romantic and personal.

I just bought some message in a bottle "bottles' over the internet. I'm going to do this.
I am going to leave some in random places..and I am going to toss some in the Gulf of Mexico.. I wonder what language I should write my messages?
